The prices quoted are for accommodation only (including VAT). Short breaks in Bold*
are bookable only within 28 days of the holiday. Availability can be checked and
bookings made with our on-site managers, Andy and Pat of Peninsular Properties Services
Ltd. (01603 781838) Bookings are made subject to their terms and conditions, and
a deposit is payable on booking: (see table below). Electricity is by meter read
(which is cheaper and more convenient than pre-payment cards). High-chairs, cots,
and towels are available at extra charge. Cancellation plan available at 10% of
holiday cost. Hirers are responsible for their own travel and cancellation insurance,
and for any damage or loss. Andy or Pat will greet you at Reception upon arrival,
which is after 4pm at the start of your holiday, and Reception is open 8.30am to
5.30pm (Mon - Sat).
