If you have booked:
Thank you for booking “Wherry Cottage”, and we hope you enjoy your stay. Our on-
They will deal with all aspects of the administration of your booking from initial deposit and confirmation, and your booking contract is with them. They will make arrangements for your arrival and departure, greet you at “Reception” and hand over your cottage keys and key fob for the access barrier for your safe parking, and will show you to your cottage. They are open normal office hours. However, if you are going to arrive late, or get held up DON’T WORRY. Just phone them in office hours, and they will give you a PIN number to use to collect your keys from the key safe at the cottage front door. Also, should you arrive early pop in and see them. Your cottage may be ready, or they may give you a time. Then start exploring!
Following your holiday we will send you a further feedback form and invite you to comment about the quality of your stay at Wherry Cottage. Your feedback is very important to us in maintaining the highest standard of service and cottage experience.
