The cottage is available for hire all year round, (click here or button below for
prices) and we welcome both families and fishing parties for whole weeks or short
breaks (usually Mon - Fri, or Fri -Mon). However we aim to be flexible (except peak
season), so please ask for alternative days if necessary. The cottage and bookings
are managed by our on site agents, who operate from the Reception Office at the entrance
to the Peninsula Cottages. (open usual office hours). All availability and booking
enquiries will be passed on to them, and they will contact you directly. Your holiday
contract, cancellation insurance etc are made with them (under their Terms and Conditions).
They will issue you with cottage and barrier keys upon your arrival, which is from
4 pm. However if you arrive in Wroxham early pop in and see them. Your cottage
may already be available, or they may give you an earlier “get-in time”, and you
can start exploring locally. Should you be delayed or think your journey will take
too long to arrive within office hours, DON’T WORRY!. Simply tell them in advance
and they will give you a PIN number to access your key safe by the front door of
the cottage. You will need to vacate your cottage by 10 am on your departure day,
unless you have made a special arrangement with the agent.
